Supervisory Management Skills (Training)

This 4 x ½ day course purpose is to pinpoint problem areas in the managerial activities of a supervisor and at the same time train the participants in practical and directly applicable skills to deal with these problems. Through lectures, case studies and discussions, the participants will learn to operate in between management and the line workers, meeting the expectations of both groups.
