2 day seminar consists of managers and supervisors of Small &
Medium Enterprises. This training will give participants an
awareness of what it takes to be an effective leader and how
to use different leadership styles for given situations. We
will also emphasize on how to communicate and motivate your
team members and to develop a positive attitude.
