Effective Communication (Training)

This 4 x ½ day training is for anyone who wants optimum results from business situations involving other people by improving their own communication skills. The techniques learnt during this course will help you to communicate effectively in many different environments. You will become more aware of how important good communication is and how situations can be affected by poor communication.
