Why Safety Certification? |
- Safety certification protects the consumer and provides manufacturers with evidence of compliance.
- Certification allows manufacturers, food handlers, etc., to affix safety marks to products as visual conformity evidence.

A self supporting foundation that specializes in management training and consultancy, and practical skills training across the board.

A commercial organization specializing in food safety consultancy/training and restaurant operation consultancy
- Isacert:
A commercial organization specializing in training, consulting, inspecting and certification of general safety in the workplace
Modus Operandi |
The group consists of 3 commercial organizations:
- AMTI
- Safe Food Inc.
- a non-profit one called C.A.R.A.
The commercial organizations will identify opportunities and initiate the scale of a complete Safety certification program or separate training/consultancy modules.

AMTI will receive a request for certification and will coordinate the required improvement program and will sub-contract specific training & consultancy tasks to the different organizations. AMTI will also be the one billing and collecting the customers.
A complete certification track will be as follows:
- A request for certification is submitted at AMTI and AMTI will assign training to the appropriate organization. Once training is completed, AMTI will request inspection and/or exam from the for that specific case appropriate organization.
- Inspection/exam results will be handed to C.A.R.A./AMTI along with a formal request from AMTI to certify the customer, and based on the results and the established standards, CARA certifies the customer.
