During the 10 years of AMTI’s existence the main focus has always been on continuous improvement of Personal and Organizational Performance. The driving force has been our Mission Statement which is: “Building highly professional Organizations by Bringing out the best in people”. We work from within organizations, making them stronger by delivering training sessions combined with consultancy services adapted to their needs.

AMTI has been operational since 1998 and has carried out high-level training and consultancy services in both public and private sector. We have built a strong track record delivering customized training programs, consultancy services where necessary, followed by tailor made coaching or counseling sessions, if needed. Such Performance Improvement Processes have generated tangible results for our customers resulting in AMTI becoming their”Partner in Success”.

AMTI has several strategic alliances with organizations in Aruba and abroad. Herewith we model our favorite quote: “The Strength of any organization lies in its valid connections”. Our main alliance is “The Freeman Group” based in Dallas Texas. Together we deliver high quality customer service training programs, perform service quality measurements and provide Leadership training courses to help sustain the increased level of service we have achieved in the organizations.

Leadership Development, Supervisory Management Skills and Effective Communication are our core training programs by means of which we realize sustained Performance Improvement in Organizations. The effect of successfully delivering such programs is that we also help create Harmony, Balance and Happiness in the workplace. In this way we show that we care for our people, organizations and the community.

The underlying philosophy of AMTI’s operations is bringing out the best in people, helping organizations perform better and consequently serving the Aruban community.

Some programs that really demonstrate our focus on “Social responsibility” are our training programs for starting entrepreneurs of Small and medium Size Enterprises (SME), Our “Food Safety” training and consultancy services and the ‘OCAF” project which offers support in accounting and financial services to non-profit organizations and small businesses to assist them in complying with Government regulations with regard to subsidies in a more adequate and professional way. We also train and coach board members in leadership skills to guarantee self sufficiency and sustainability of these organizations.

Recently AMTI has been instrumental in starting a foundation that will function as a certifying body for “Safety and Security” training and consultancy programs such as Food Safety, General Safety programs, Fire Prevention, CPR and by the end of 2008, HACCP, Green Globe and ISO certification. Government officials represented in the board set the Standards of Performance, AMTI, amongst others, trains and consults and a external certifyinging companies assess performance by executing an audit.
